Chocolate Chip Cookies
Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe. A friend shared this recipe with me in high school and I have loved it ever since.
| 2/3 | c | Shortening |
| 2/3 | c | butter |
| 2 | egg | |
| 1 | c | Sugar |
| 1 | c | Sugar - Brown |
| 2 | tsp | Vanilla |
Blend thoroughly
| 3 1/2 | c | Flour - All Purpose |
| 1 | tsp | Baking Soda |
| 1 | tsp | Salt |
| 12 | oz | chocolate chips |
Add to previous mix
Drop by teaspoon 2" apart on an ungreased sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or light brown.
